[Nomination] Adjudicator of the Landsdoom

On the advice of the government of the Free Province of Fiôvâ, I hereby nominate S:reu Tamorán dal Navâ, UrN, for the General Assembly to consider for the position of adjudicator of the Landsdoom.

Done on Friday, the sixth day of July, 2012, the first year of the existence of the Free Province of Fiôvâ, and of the independence of Talossa the thirty-third.

WHEREAS Standing Orders § 4 doesn't formally require the Túischac'h to acknowledge the voting results ("At the end of the seven days, if more për than contrâ votes have been recorded, the bill or resolution shall be passed. If the same number of për and contrâ votes have been recorded, the bill or resolution shall not be passed."), but only to " submit it to the Cunstavál for promulgation as law, in accordance with Fiôvâ Const. § 10.1. A resolution does not need to be presented to the Cunstavál. (§ 7); and

WHEREAS this is not a law but more akin to a resolution; and

WHEREAS we can presume this post to be the Túischac'h call for a vote; and

WHEREAS we've all agreed that the current formulations of the Standing Orders lacks of clarity on how to handle confirmations of Cunstavál's nominations, and it doesn't formally require a [FINAL VOTE] post; and

WHEREAS 7 days have passed from the presumed Túischac'h call for a vote that was on the 8th;

I THINK we can safely consider this passed (4-1-2).
