Er, I haven't looked into these nominations theads very closely. Have they been transformed into Final vote threads without that being announced anywhere else? I assumed the final votes would be in threads prefixed [Final Vote]. Well, yes the Standing Orders say so (it's seem that you have made the same mistake I did). However it's true that for Elections (originating from the GA, so Túischac'h and SoS) and Nominations (ratified by the GA, so Adjudicators and Acting Capitán) the prefix [FINAL VOTE] doesn't make sense because there's no proper Standing Orders process PROPOSAL > AMENDMENTS > FINAL VOTE; but they go directly to the vote. But I agree that it should have been used the same tag [FINAL VOTE] which for everyone means "Hey! You lazy citizen! Come here and vote!"

But I agree that it should have been used the same tag [FINAL VOTE] which for everyone means "Hey! You lazy citizen! Come here and vote!"I note I had personally assumed that the Túischac'h would open up a vote thread on the adjudicator nomination (separate from the adjudicator nomination proper), and was pretty sure I had no business unilaterally declaring a thread a Final Vote in any case. It might at this point be a good idea for a member of the GA to propose an amendment to the Standing Orders such that procedure in such cases becomes absolutely clear, to avoid this collision of expectations in the future.

WHEREAS Standing Orders § 4 doesn't formally require the Túischac'h to acknowledge the voting results (" At the end of the seven days, if more për than contrâ votes have been recorded, the bill or resolution shall be passed. If the same number of për and contrâ votes have been recorded, the bill or resolution shall not be passed."), but only to " submit it to the Cunstavál for promulgation as law, in accordance with Fiôvâ Const. § 10.1. A resolution does not need to be presented to the Cunstavál. (§ 7); and WHEREAS this is not a law but more akin to a resolution; and WHEREAS we can presume this post to be the Túischac'h call for a vote; and WHEREAS we've all agreed that the current formulations of the Standing Orders lacks of clarity on how to handle GA elections, and it doesn't formally require a [FINAL VOTE] post; and WHEREAS 7 days have passed from the presumed Túischac'h call for a vote that was on the 8th; I THINK we can safely consider this passed (6-0-1).

Sung to the melody of "An Englishman in New York": A Peculiarist in the ZRT. the ZRT is not a Derivatist party, Dieter. The ZRT is a republican party with shades of republicanism from both sides of the Peculiarist/Derivatist spectrum.

Even includes soft monarchists like GV. Haven't you read about his most recent "vicious attack" on the monarch?

Anyway the words about the song were to say in a lighthearted way "well done" and "ecce peculiaristo".
