of the Province of Florencia
As Governor of the Great Province of Florencia, I hereby declare the Nimlet to be in session.
As our first order of business, I propose the election of a Governor. I further place my own name into nomination, and vote for myself. As I hold eight of the fifteen seats in the Nimlet, I declare myself re-elected, and I thank the Nimlet for its continued faith in me and its stalwart support.
As our second order of business, I offer a motion to amend the current Constitution of Florencia in whole, with the replacement text being proposed now available here.
According to Article XI, Section b of the current (2002) Constitution, the Governor has power to amend the Constitution with the support of the majority of the Nimlet.
Since I command a majority of the Nimlet, I declare the support of the said majority for this amending motion, and do declare the Constitution so amended if approved by the Crown. Accordingly, I request that His Majesty King John or his representative to our great province, the Most Honourable Litz Cjantscheir, Cunstaval of Florencia, do consent to and declare effective the said new Constitution as the will of the people of Florencia. Or at least the will of those interested enough to care about such things.
