of the Province of Florencia
Fellow Florencians --
The recent elections having indicated unanimous consent of the Florencian electorate that the RUMP organise the Nimlet, I do, as the leader of the party in this province, hereby declare the following:
- The Nimlet to sit for the duration of the 43d Cosa of the Kingdom of Talossa shall consist of fifteen seats, to be occupied by legislators Constitutionally referred to as Shepherds.
- As required by Article IX of the Florencian Constitution, one seat in the Nimlet is accorded the incumbent Senator, Ieremiac'h Ventrutx.
- As further required by Article IX of the Florencian Constitution, one seat in the Nimlet is accorded the incumbent Governor, which would be me.
- The remaining thirteen seats shall be distributed in integral numbers, determined by the office of the Governor, to any Florencian citizens requesting membership in the Nimlet. Such request must be received by the Office of the Governor on or before 21 October 2011, after which the Governor will announce the said distribution to those Florencians who had requested seating, and/or additional seats allotted to the Constitutionally mandated Shepherds.
- The first order of business of the Nimlet, to be taken up on 1 November, is the election or re-election of a Governor by that body. I further hereby delcare my own candidacy to continue in office.
