I find that I am unable to continue to serve as Chancellor of the Royal Talossan Bar, and I believe it would be inappropriate for me to remain as a member of the Bar at all. Therefore, I must ask you to accept my resignation from the Bar and its Chancellorship, effective today.
I am ashamed to say that one piece of Bar business remains incomplete — the consideration of last year's Bar Examinations. I have been slacking off big time. I promise, I'll forward the various documents to y'all that you'll need to pick up where I dropped the ball on this.
My decades-long interest in Bars in general remains, of course, undiminished. Unquenched, one might say. Unslaked.
