Three challenges to votes cast in the 14 July general election have been filed with the Cort. Although final opinions are still in the process of being drafted, we have reached a majority decision regarding each of these challenges. In the interest of expediting the final resolution of the election and formation of a new government, the Cort's rulings are summarized below:
1. Challenge to the vote of John McGarry, citizen of Vuode province, for the RUMP: Sustained.
2. Challenge to the vote of Albrec'ht Mananséir, citizen of Mussolini province, for the RUMP: Sustained.
3. Challenge to the vote of Franz Buchholtz, citizen of Vuode province, for the CLP: Sustained.
Accordingly, the Secretary of State is ordered not to include any of the aforementioned three challenged votes in his final report of election results. Full opinions will be published as soon as possible.
