i think there should be a blog-newspaper for Talossa
hosted on the website, and someone can take it upon themselves to be editor/writer

Actually, Talossa did have a paper newspaper for many years, so any new effort would not be the first, I'm afraid.

Well, I Am Willing To Start A New One.
I Would, Of Course, Need Other Talossans To Be Correspondents.

Joseph,
If you were to really start a newspaper with actual paper, I could help if i'm granted citizenship. I mean, I can't really help you with the actual making the paper itself because I have no expertise in that field, but I'm willing to help out with the paper if you're serious about it and all.

I think a newspaper is a great idea. There could even be a print edition for citizens who don't get on the Internet much. Go for it! You put it together, and there'll certainly be room on the Kingdom's website for it.

In my opinion we should create an online version only until we figure out how to make it offline, then we can make every archived newspaper edition offline and maybe if we mint the bens, then people can purchase some currency and subscribe to it using our currency. Then we can send it to everyone that subscribes to their mailing address. That would be cool.

Buying a Taloosan newspaper bought with talossan many. I like that idea very much indeed! But how much would it cost? Would there be a subscription fee even online? Will the writers be payed by the goverment or will this be a private funded project? The matter the stands in front of us is the universal language of money.

Whoever decides to produce a paper can decide how much to charge. I imagine online publications would probably be free. Print versions would have to charge at least enough to cover costs of printing and postage. Journalism has pretty much always been a volunteer effort in Talossa, so no one would pay the writers most likely.

It would though, take much more time and effort without the income as online publication isnt of good quality when its free.
