Fellow Talossans --
Continuing to fill the slate of officers which shall serve as His Majesty's Cabinet Ministers during the term of the 38th Cosa, I come before you now with notice of an appointment to the Foreign Ministry.
During the previous Cosa, The Right Honourable Ian Danois served his nation very ably as Minister of Finance, and under his guidance, the ongoing coinage and postage project was set in motion.
S:reu Danois has agreed to switch seats around the Cabinet table for the upcoming Cosa, and with great pleasure I have named him (and His Majesty the King has appointed him) Minister of Foreign Affairs.
S:reu Danois brings to this office a dedication to the upkeep, support, and growth of our embassies established in the other nations of the world. The new Foreign Minister looks forward to taking the economic policies that he first established to the next logical step, and in his new office he will work closely with the new Minister of Finance to establish consulates throughout the world where Talossan currency can be exchanged for its base commodity (beer) or even for other currencies or goods.
With thanks for the services that Polly Holdorf rendered to the Foreign Ministry during the 37th Cosa, I now ask that our nation join me in congratulating S:reu Danois on taking the post, and in offering him our best wishes and our best efforts in support of his execution of the new duties he now assumes.
Done under my hand, and all that rot, Hooligan Seneschal

A strong endorsement of the CCCP-RUMP coalition. Excellent!

I thank S:reu Danois for his previous and continued work in the Administration, and congratulate him on his recent appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Additionally, I would like to make it known to the new Minister that, should the Foreign Ministry ever require any extra assistance in its activities, I would be more than happy to help in any way I can.

I feel very honoured and humble to continue to serve this great country! I want to thank our Prime Minister about this chance to be a Foreign Minister. During my term at the office it is my intention to raise the profile of Foreign Ministry and hence I am currently looking new and different ways to make my ministry even more active than what it currently is.
Thank you all, Long live the King! Long live Talossa!
