Fellow Talossans --
With this message, I come before you once again having been saddled with the responsibility of executing the functions of His Majesty's government to best fulfill our common goals for the future of our great nation.
Perhaps paramount among these goals, as we grow our beloved Kingdom, is to revive Talossanity within the six provinces of the Greater Talossan Area. Therefore, it is with great pleasure that I choose to make my first official act as returning Prime Minister the appointment of an able, interested, and active Home Minister dedicated to the achievement of this great and noble goal.
This coming Cosa, the nation will see a rebirth of Talossan consciousness within the GTA. Through the activity of our next Home Minister, we as a nation can hope and plan to be welcoming to our ranks a growing number of Cestours who will be awakened to their true nationality and mythical Berber roots.
With extreme pleasure, I am proud to announce that I have named (and His Majesty the King has appointed) The Right Honourable S. Vincent Whitacre as the Minister of Home Affairs for the Kingdom of Talossa.
I now ask that our nation join me in congratulating S:reu Whitacre and offering him our best wishes and our best efforts in support of the duties he now assumes.
Done under my hand, etc., Hooligan Seneschal

Congratulations, Vince! I'm hoping that the Home Ministry will be one of the most vital ministries in this term.

I am honoured and humbled to be asked to serve my country as Home Minister; and I shall endeavour every day to litter the lampposts in the GTA with pleas for all cestours to unite with their native land. I pledge to live each day as an example of Talossanity for all persons, foreign and domestic. God save the King, and long live Talossa!

We will shortly have another batch that do not suck quite so much, as that is one of my first priorities of this term.

But another flyer or two targeted specifically at Cestours would be useful. (Which is why the first is cool, because it mentions Talossa being "in the heart of Milwaukee.") Maybe something along the lines of talking about how they're already a Talossan and just don't know it.
