[PRIME MINISTRY] Reorganization of Els Zouaves

The Kingdom currently finds that the Zouaves of the Royal Bodyguard are severely understaffed and underutilized. A bold proposal of Sir Alexandreu Davinescu to revive the Zouaves and make them worthy of service to His Majesty has, after some debate, become of interest to the Government and to the Ministry of the Interior.

Therefore, in the spirit of goodwill and of developing our institutions by means of whatever good ideas present themselves, and with the approval of the Ministry of Interior, I am pleased to appoint Sir Alexandreu to the post of El Capitán da l'Altahál (Captain of the Guard).

With gratitude, I accept this appointment.

Effective immediately, all outstanding officers and enlisted men and women of the Zouaves are discharged, with thanks from a grateful nation.

Effective immediately, all existing regulations, provisions, or other guidelines of any form, barring those found in laws currently in effect, regarding the Zouaves are declared null and void. They are no longer suitable for our purposes.

Effective immediately, the Zouaves Mission is defined as follows: "Els Zuávs da l'Altahál Rexhitál work to defend the throne and the country by creating, propagating, and promoting interesting creative and practical work of a Talossan nature." All officers and enlisted men and women of the Zouaves shall be expected to direct their efforts towards this mission.
