According to El Treisour the word Terpelaziun translates to "question in the Cosa".
Does this mean that a question in the Senate is not a terpelaziun and should have a different word? Or, are we accepting that terpelaziun no longer means "question in the Cosa" and now means 'question in the Ziu'?

Or, are we accepting that terpelaziun no longer means "question in the Cosa" and now means 'question in the Ziu'? Firstly, remember that El Treisour was written mainly before 1997, when the current OrgLaw came in. The Senäts was either non-existent or non-functional before then, so there was no difference. Secondly, terpelaziun is from the French interpellation, which means "the act of interpellating (questioning); the period in which government officials are questioned about and explain an act, a policy or a point raised during a debate." So I would say obviously it applies to all questions from MZs to Ministers.
