The July 2019 Clark has been scribed. I saw no royal action this time 'round, which is perfectly organic: constitutionally, the Monarch can choose to not act any any bill passed by the Cosâ and Senäts, allowing them to pass into law automatically at month's end.
The rest of this year will see what will be a very slow process of making official printable archives of every Clark and every bill to have ever seen the light of day. Additionally, I will be working to bring together a better organization of our legal archives, the Talossan Database System notwithstanding.
SoS and MPF: I would like to see the TDS reflect whatever royal action the Monarch chooses to do on any given Clark. Of course, this will mean going back retroactively and doing this, but that may be a job better suited for the Royal Archivist. Certainly and going forward, I would love to see this done for the Clark. This, technically I guess?, needs to be done yesterday, but our records on royal actions in the past are extant back to Feb. 2003. Ben's royal vetoes, as I recall, were rarer than rubies.

I have come to the conclusion that the creation of a proper 'Clarkive' will necessitate the creation of at least two primary-source documents: the Big History and Ben's part of L'Anuntzia dels Legeux.
Anyone looking at L'Anuntziâ will know creating a new and hand-typed version is in every way impossible and unwise. The only way to make for an online-friendly presentation of same would be to create image files of the document (already been done) and pasting over any original-language name the Talossan translation...for each and every page.
This process will begin today with L'Anuntziâ and will continue for at least the next six months. I'm actually looking forward to it, frankly. It will allow me a practical opportunity to look over both documents in great detail.
The Big History, however, could be re-typed, and this has been done by a now-former Talossan citizen. If anyone has the work he did in digital form, I'd love to have a copy. I have no such document from him.
Many thanks, all!
