WHEREAS The King is not living up to the expectations of his citizens in a variety of ways, and
WHEREAS People have complained before but to no effect, and
WHEREAS Perhaps the King would be incentivized to improve if he realized how easily he could be replaced, and
WHEREAS The intention is not, at this time, to Clark this amendment, but to demonstrate that it could be done, and that there is likely enough support for it if the King fails to address the concerns of his citizens
THEREFORE Article II, Section 12 is added to the (2019 version of the) Organic Law, which reads:
