Hello fellow citizens, it is once again time to allocate seats to the House of Commons,
Based on the current announced results the votes per party is as follows (subject to change based on election verificaton):-
FreeDems:- 5
Rump:- 3 ModRads:- 1
AMP:- 1
We have 20 seats in the House (although my maths is not good enough to work out the actual seat allocations so assistance in that would be appreciated)
Once the amount of seats per party has been worked out, (hopefully soon) i would ask party leaders to assign seats based on the results.
And enjoy the upcoming session of the House of Commons!
Antaglha

The number of votes is half the number of seats so each party gets twice as many seats as they have votes.

On behalf of my Party, the FreeDems i have been allowed to allocate our seats, and therefore i assign the 10 seats my party won, to myself. (but will be willing to relinqish some to other members of the party if they so wish)

The ModRads assign their two seats to Sevastáin Pinátsch; let it be additionally known that he is allowed full control over the seats, including reassignment and labeling, to the extents permitted by Atatürkey laws and customs.

So it seems that a majority of the seats have been assigned. I would hope for and ask that RUMP assign their seats soon. If they have not by Monday, I propose that we start the selection process for the new Başbakan on Monday, unless there are objections to this?

As a former ModRad (now Independent) who is the designated MinSTUFF for the Free Democrat government, I want to convey my willingness for work with everyone. Regardless of ideologies, we can always come together on ideas for the good of the province.
I don't see a need to re-label the seats, unless ModRadsArise would prefer that. Being an Independent doesn't alter my underlying beliefs much from what they once were, and as Senator I was well-supported by the old ModRads party to be non-partisan. I intend to remain as true to that as I can.

Firstly, I wish to apologise for the lateness of this, it was unavoidable. However, I’m here now, so, as RUMP has still yet to assign seats, I feel after this long, it is best for the chamber to move on with Başbakan elections, as a majority of seats have been assigned. So, I formally move that we now open the nominations to the office of Başbakan, and in doing so I nominate myself for the post. Any other nominations please put them here, and in a week today (unless anyone objects) we should hold the vote on the presented nominees.

So the week has passed for nominations, with one individual nominated. Now i propose that we move forward with the vote. Which per our laws, will last two weeks or until all members have voted. And with the voting period now having been started, i cast my 10 votes in favor of the nominated member (myself).

Seems like a needless waste of 2 weeks to arrive at the same destination, but OK, I vote for Antaglha.

Seems like a needless waste of 2 weeks to arrive at the same destination, but OK, I vote for Antaglha. Firstly, Thank you for your vote, and secondly, i agree it is a waste of time. However, it is mandated under the Article II Section 7 of the Consitution of our Province that voting periods are 2 weeks (14 days). As there is no voting period specified for the Başbakan elections, I thought that following the said section of the Constitution would be an appropiate amount of time to assure that all members have the opportunity to vote in the election of the Başbakan, or untill all members have voted (as I said in the initial post on voting)

The voting period has now concluded, and with a vote of 12-0 I have been duly elected as Başbakan of Ataturk. Thank you for the honour of allowing me to serve as your Başbakan again.
