Your Majesty, Dame Litz,
it has been more than a fortnight since the Senator representing Florencia has vacated its seat. Quite a bit more actually, my apologies for the delay. Unsurprisingly no replacement has been appointed by the provincial executive as their is currently no provincial executive. That means that in accordance with OrgLaw IV, Section 10: "[...] the King or his Cunstavál shall appoint the Senator." One of you is therefore requested to appoint a replacement to serve untill the next General Election. It would be ideal if a replacement could be found before the 21st so Florencians will be represented during the November Clark.
