RZ09 - Contrâ. It is nearly impossible for a new draft constitution -- a whole new one! -- to be thoroughly discussed and considered in time for the end of this term. Two months? Three, if the Seneschal adds a month to the term? Given the level of discussion right now, it doesn't seem credible. It's been months and even the most basic questions haven't been addressed.

The only way this timeline could even be attempted would be if the majority plans to just ram the problematic MRPT/FDT constitution through without actually opening it up to real discussion. No one could look at something like, for instance, the debate on the judiciary bill and propose that two months is time enough for a whole new system to be established.

If we're interested in discussing this proposed constitution, maybe people could start discussing it!
