I'm leaving for another city today, so, just in case, I decided to give preliminary seat distributions for 52th Cosa. (Sorry for the lack of diacritics, I've just reinstalled my OS.)
The provincial results were as follows:
MRPT: 5 MRPT CEZEMBRE: 1 FREEDEMS: 3 RUMP: 2 CEZEMBRE: 1 PRESENT: 1
I will drop the present vote and assume that MRPT CEZEMBRE means MRPT (to which, I hope, there is no objection):
MRPT: 6 votes FREEDEMS: 3 votes RUMP: 2 votes CEZEMBRE: 1 vote
Now, I've registered the provincial party named CEZEMBRE, and it depends on whether such post-electoral parties will be accepted.
- - -
IF they are NOT accepted, the seat distribution will be as follows:
MRPT: 11 seats FREEDEMS: 5 seats RUMP: 3 seats VACANT: 1 seat.
IF my Cezembre party IS accepted and registered, not much is gonna change:
MRPT: 11 seats FREEDEMS: 5 seats RUMP: 3 seats CEZEMBRE: 1 seat.
(if you're interested in detailed calculations of party high quotients, please let me know and I'll make them public.)
Basically, 20th seat will be either vacant or occupied by Cezembre party I've registered. Mwa-ha-ha-ha. Since the rest of parties are untouched by that, then, in case all of the votes are considered valid, we can proceed to preliminary seat allocation. Obviously party leaders will be able to change their seat distributions in case something extraordinary happens.

Looking forward to hearing more. Was glad to see more votes cast in our Province than I had feared.

Please read the updated first post in this thread. I ask party leaders to (preliminary) assign their respective seats. For MRPT, 11 seats ( Ian Plätschisch) For FREEDEMS, 5 seats ( Viteu Marcianüs) For RUMP, 3 seats ( Sir C. M. Siervicül) Remember that no citizen can hold more than 6 seats in L'Etats.

With regards to the Cézembre party, it should be noted that there is not mandated party registration for Cézembrean parties, so I'm not sure if it matters if the party is separately registered with the chancery or not. In previous cases (cf. 50th Cosa election) we counted Cézembre votes as invalid/abstain.
(btw I think you accidentally listed the wrong totals in your last post)

Thank you, you're right I made a mistake there. Now all is fine.

I conclude Cezembre party wasn't permitted to get seats, so we're only waiting for FreeDems.

I don't remember such a law, maybe I misunderstood something. Anyway, I already have 6 seats from MRPT, plus I'm a Senator, so I'm all set :)

Okay; every Free Democrat in Cézembre is currently inactive except for one who's on a long sea cruise. So - as secretary of the party at national level - I assign all seats in L'États de Cézembre to Ián Tamorán S.H.
