According to our constitution the governor failed is duty to assigned seat in the next nimlet.
According to our constitution the constable must name a new governor and set new dead-line for him or her to perfom his or her duty.

That is very unfortunate to hear. As a citizen in the Province of Florencia, I'm very concerned for the management and governing of the Province.
I hope to see the next Governor rise and do his/her best. And if I may inquire how is a Nimlet composed? Has the constable appointed a new governor? And how may I help in this situation?

Azul,
I have written to Prince Patrick in regards to the above, but to date have received no response.
Thus, I will be using the powers conferred unto my office and I, by the Crown and under the Laws and Constitution of Florencia to appoint a new governor.
Therefore, anyone who wishes to volunteer to be the interim Governor of Florencia, pending a resolution of the Nimlet confirming that appointment or a new appointment, please let me know.

I wish to volunteer and ask for the appointment of Governor of Florencia. I do not have the experience as others might have though I'm idealistic, responsible, and willing to be active! And certainly wanting to gain experience and more involvement in my province and nation.

Oik! Maybe when the referendum dust settles, this vital leadership issue will come to the fore Should a candidate who meets the requirements set out by the Constitution of Florencia, which are that "No person shall be elected or appointed Governor, unless he is a citizen of Florencia and a member of the Nimlet and has served as Senator or as a Member of the Cosa of the Kingdom of Talossa", then I would be more than happy to appoint said person. Until then my hands are tied constitutionally. |
