WHEREAS it has been more ten days since Vito Oliver was introduced to the subjects of His Majesty the King by his most honourable servant the Immigration Minister, and
WHEREAS the said S:reu Oliver has in that time demonstrated an active and genuine interest in Talossan life and culture, and
WHEREAS the said S:reu Oliver desires to obtain citizenship in the Kingdom of Talossa, and
WHEREAS by all indications it appears that S:reu Oliver would be a loyal and dedicated subject of His Majesty, and a credit to this nation if he obtains from the royal hand the grant of citizenship he requests,
NOW THEREFORE I, Matáiwos Nanamavéu, of the province of Ataturk, do by these presents petition His Majesty's Secretary of State to ISSUE A ROYAL GRANT OF CITIZENSHIP TO Vito Oliver as specified by law.

I unconditionally back Matthew in his Petition. I think that Mr. Oliver will be a proud and true citizen of the Kingdom.

Eðo Grischun: If you compare the recording for Túischac'h on Memrise with the recording for Taoiseach on Wikipedia there is a definite difference. Túischac'h sounds like "toey-shach" while Taoiseach sounds like "tree-shach"

Eðo Grischun: The best bet would be to take any existing page for any existing bylaw, copy it so the templates match and then replace the text as needed. After that create a new line in the digest list for linking purposes.
