I'm sorry for taking the initiative and creating this thread, but seeing as I had never posted my votes here this Cosa, I wanted to do so now, in the last Clark, so that I can also add a brief closing thought.
On 49RZ24 and 49RZ25, I was initially pretty divided. They though kind of make sense if the purpose is to increase overall participation and turnout. I'm voting a prudent PËR on both. 49RZ30 is not ideal, though. I understand the need for fixed term Cosas in our politics, but the way I would approach it is increasing rather than decreasing the number of Clarks per Cosa. Ideas to improve the yearly schedule (if it passes) would include allowing for Referenda to be held during summer recess.
RZ24 - PËR

RZ30 - CON
On 49RZ26, I am hugely in favour. I like the idea of provincially organized Senatorial elections though, and I truly hope that individual provinces who organize their own elections (or are planning to do so) will adopt RCV as well. By the way, IRV/RCV is also being considered in Maine for adoption in Gubernatorial elections. Way to go, Maine!
RZ26 - PËR
On 49RZ28, I must admit I am somewhat disappointed at how this matter has turned out. I would have been happy to remain the last Prime Minister ever to appoint a Tuischac'h. It's sad that the folks over at the Other Place haven't taken advantage of the current law (I don't want or mean to pin the blame on anyone in particular). Electing the Tuischac'h was a natural evolution of our parliamentary process and it's disappointing it failed so spectacularly. Rolling back the law I'm sure was not anyone's top priority but is a necessary step to ensure the office remains active and filled.
RZ28 - PËR
No particular comments on RZ27 and RZ29. Both are much needed amendments, and props on the former to the OrgLaw committee for their hard work; and on the latter, kudos to my fellow Senator for Maricopa for taking care of one of the many relic of Ben's tyrannical past.
