My question to the Prime Minister is as follows:

Without wanting to sound indelicate or to cause offence, would it be possible for you to inform us as to what it is you actually do in government on account of the fact that at present it seems to me, and many colleagues I have spoken to, your role appears to be wholly dealt with by your Chief of Staff?

Aside from the public actions I have personally taken as Seneschal (recommending cabinet ministers, recommending a new Scribe, answering terpelaziuns), the actions taken on behalf of the government by the Distain (e.g. posting my statement regarding 48RZ14) and the Chief of Staff (e.g. posting the Lexh D.2.1.1 report and the government's budget bill) have been at my direction. I have also been in regular contact with all cabinet ministers (and some sub-cabinet officials such as the TalossaWare Czar) by a variety of means to consult with them regarding the operation of their agencies, have been consulting with the Secretary of State regarding the census and Telecomuna, and have personally approved ministry reorganisations and Wittenberg guest accounts as required by law.
