BHAID "predict the turnout" competition

Ive discussed this with the governors already, but as time is short before the election I thought I would mention this idea here.

The idea is for a "Predict the turnout" competition. For 5$, participants can submit their best guess as to the number of votes,that will actually be cast in the Cosa election, as eventually certified by the Chancery. Closing date is the 15th February.

The winner, whonever gets closest to the actual number of votes cast, could get either a 10$ gift card, or nothing but glory, I'm not sure but I lean to the former, but thats up to the Ziu. The rest of the proceeds would be donated to IFES "the global leader in democracy promotion", subject to approval by the Ziu of course.

Some rules: I'm not allowed to enter, obviously, though I may donate anyway. Neither can any employee of the Chancery (sorry MP). Where there are multiple correct guesses, the winner will be decided using one of MPs magic debate dice, this I will leave up to him ;-)

Heh, in keeping with the massive popular success of this initiative, I had completely forgotten about this!

The winner, with a prudent if pesimmistic estimate of 120 voters is Breneir Itravilatx. Been a good election for him so far!

A No Prize is current (not) winging its way to Breneir. And once the new Cosa has adjusted itself, we can arrange to donate the 15 EUR raised to IFES. I'll match this to bring it up to 30, though.
