Wow...
That's seriously weak. You are responsible for your team. If you think Lüc (I'm assuming you're talking about him, but something is withholding you from saying that) should have replaced the minister of Stuff, then I'm stunned that you didnt ask him to do so. A true PM would have done that, but again, I guess its much easier to publicly complain about it with the elections coming up and all.
I think I have been mostly polite tbh.
I guess you arent following my argument very well. Maybe I put it wrong, or maybe you don't really want to. Where did I say that?
Well, Its mostly the way you and others put it. Like I said, I can understand why Lüc and Ian resigned.
Sure, it led to the government not achieving some of its goals. The narrative I dont believe is that this also led to the weighing down of the rest of the government or that the FDT would have been better off without the help of Lüc or Ian or Breneir.
I don't know what you are referring to here. What do you mean?
You lamented the other parties weighing down the government. Like I said, personally I dont believe that story, but if its true to such an extent that you were not willing to take responsibility anymore, but had to complain about it publically then I really do not understand why you didnt break up the coalition yourself, why continue with a coalition that you dont support anymore. Instead you waited for Lüc and Ian to draw their own conclusions.
What makes this even more ridiculous is that without retracting you earlier statement you then went on to name Lüc and Breneir as exceptions, leaving really only the minister of Stuff, which raises two questions. 1) why make such a partisan statement, essentially blaming all the non FDT parts of the government for the governments failure? 2) Why not replace the minister of Stuff. Your actions didnt match your words.
the decision was not taken by the appropriate member of the Cabinet to replace an MRPT Minister.
As to Gluc's outrage...
I'm really not following his argument very well. He seems to be both complaining that I wasn't vocally denouncing the Moderate Radicals
whilst at the same time me doing so now.
He also seems to accept that the Moderate Radicals were largely inactive whilst simultaneously rejecting this 'narrative' that their inactivity had anything to do with this government not achieving our goals.
and to communicate our legislative agenda to their own party did us in somewhat too.
