The Constitution mainly combines the two and removes some redundancies The Constitution seems to incorporate a bunch of stuff from the Body of Law Act that is better left in the statutes IMO.

Give me a few days to get a chance to read this properly and I'll come back with my thoughts.
I'll say this much just now...
I'm reluctant to push ahead on this agenda at the moment due to Vuode having no active citizenry. On the Vuode side I imagine ratification by only me ... that can't be allowed to be the case.
Also... Provincial capitol ... The water tower would be a good capitol building of a combined province.

Soooooooooo *catches breath* oooooooooo ooooo ooooo... make some proposals for change!I'm the only one that went through and actually make a proposal Ok; remove the last sentence of Article 1, Section 6, and Sections 7-9, and make it into the "Additional Points of State Act." Really no reason for a sandwich to be enshrined in the Constitution.
Also, turn the subsections of Article 5 into sections; Constitutions with subsections look kind of dumb, as we learned earlier in the term with MPF's failed "Automatic Votes Validation Amendment."
Also, we should re-adopt all of the current MM statutes.
Other than that, it looks quite good! I'm excited to progress.

If I may, S:reu Eðo Grischun, as unfair and mean and selfish as this sounds: If Vuodeans are not currently active, and have not been active for the past six months, I'd wager that they do not have significant interest in the future of this province. And if you waited for future Vuodeans to be, well... they probably would not care about whether they were in Vuode, or in the United Provinces of Maritiimi-Maxhestic, Vuode and Dandenburg (just as the then-newcomers to Vuode did not care whether they were assigned to Vuode or to Dandenburg). Furthermore, if this merger should happen, I'd actually like a completely different name for the United Provinces' parliament, and I would love to adopt the lunar schedule of the legislature into law — seeing as I observe the lunar cycles, as well.

Yeah, you're right. If Vuode cared then Vuode would be active. I would just feel slightly more comfortable if I had heard ANY thoughts from Sir T and maybe a couple of other Vuodeans who pop in from time to time.
But yeah, ok.
Let me get a chance to read through this. I'll post again tomorrow night or Monday afternoon.

Proposed text: The provincial capitol is the Historic Water Tower (North Point Water Tower). The Tower shall forever be known and referred to as "Unity Tower" to celebrate the joining of our great provinces after years of dispute over ownership of the tower. The entire intersection surrounding the tower, including the traffic roundabout and all grassland, shall be known as "Unity Park" and are part of the provincial capitol. The provincial legislature chamber shall be .... (needs discussed).

I renamed the thread in honor of our new objective.
I suppose I don't care much about the name of the legislature. The legislature is the legislature is the legislature after all. I guess we should keep it as either the General Assembly or the Estats-Xhenerais (of course I say General Assembly)

Why not the “States Assembly”, Tal. “Asemblatx dad Estats”? Thereby, we would have both parts in the name! If you so fancied, one could put the “General” in there, too, since this is shared by both legislatures:
“States Assembly General”; «Asemblatx-Xheneral dad Estats»
Or, we ONLY focus on our similarities, and call it:
«La Xheneralità» — the Generality.

"States Assembly General" is a bit wordy, I guess like the "States General" the most out of those options.

I think La Xheneralità (the Generality) works rather nicely.
