11th Convocation of the Provincial Assembly of Maritiimi-Maxhestic As Grand Specific Undersecretary, I will here soon convene the eleventh Convocation of the Provincial Assembly of Maritiimi-Maxhestic. The official final count from the Chancery will be posted here once some minor matters are sorted out. The designated local party heads (for those parties that received seats) are as follows: RUMP: Sir Alexandreu Davinescu FDA: Françal Ian Lux MRPT: Ian Plätschisch TSP: Galen Zavala-Sherby Parties have assigned seats to the following individuals. List updated as needed.Once all seats are assigned, we will proceed to business. For ease of consideration, I have taken the liberty of preparing a suggested series of actions that this body might take. This suggested agenda is not binding, of course. 1. Seats assigned. 2. Nominations for Grand General Secretary. 3. Voting for GGS. 4. Official thanks to outgoing GGS, if necessary. 5. Request that GGS formally notify Chancery that we wish them to conduct the next election. 6. Discussion of conducting our own election. 7. Discussion of a local census. 8. Discussion of rules of order. We are currently in the process of sticlas, and I am also calling for assignments.

Can we start getting the ball rolling?

I'm not sure... I had been waiting for official results from the Chancery (ie for the election to be certified). Normally I'd just begin, but we have two votes under dispute, and those two votes could matter when it comes to things like the GGS and so on. What do you think?

Are we still waiting on the official election results from the Chancery? Frustratingly, no one has answered my dispute yet. The only thing anyone says is that it would be a good test case for the new Cort

The Election Committee is certifying votes at the moment, I believe, and they will probably discuss it privately. You can remind them of it, maybe?

We might have to interpret the meaning of generic party votes as far as our province is concerned...

Yes, it seems that way. I proposed initially that we just solve the issue ourselves, but AD said that it would be against the provincial constitution to override the results the chancery gives us. Now we have a representative of the Chancery telling us that we should deal with it internally...
To which I say, generic party votes do count, because that was clearly the intention.

I'm not sure what you want... We asked them to run our election, so we should wait for them to finish and accept their results. I don't see how it would be legal otherwise. Maybe I'm not understanding you right, but don't we have to wait?

This is the issue we have to resolve ourselves

They made that pretty clear when we asked them about interpreting votes in the provincial government
