Since over a week has passed and there's no mathematical possibility for the outcome to change, I declare Vitxalmour Conductour the new Maestro of Benito, his term in office to begin immediately. I call upon the legislative chancellery to denounce the current actions of John of Talossa. Let us expel his appointed Cunstuval from our lands and appoint our own Vicere, as is spelled out in our constitution. If he refuses to receive our Vicere in court, then I say we take even greater drastic measures.
