Having considered all the applications that were sent our way, the Interior Ministry has reached its decision and the Seneschal has agreed. I am confident that the individual we have decided to appoint will perform his duties honourably, efficiently, and most importantly: politely. It is then with great pleasure that I name the following gentleman as Head of the NCC.
