Well, for example, right now we have just three folks, and really only one who makes motions. But let's say that you wanted to propose a motion, and Epic wanted to propose a different motion that did a different thing. You want to propose a vote on a bill, and Epic wants to propose that we table the bill. Who decides which motion gets a vote first? The chair of the Assembly! He recognizes motions and calls votes.
To me, it seems like we don't want that power sitting in the hands of one person like the GGS... we want it to rotate among us.

I think it's just a complication since there are really only three of us. But I'll nominate AD as the Table Monster.

Yeah, generally I have informally run things, just because I'm annoying and bossy. Basically think of it that way: doing what I have done in the Assembly with calling for motions, setting time limits for votes, and the like.

If we rotate it, then I’ll say once every Clark the power of monstrosity passes over to the next? First initiate of the monsterhood shall be AD, I second the motion. *flies away on his broomstick*

Okay, so as I see it, we need to figure out a few things:
-Permissible motions (what you're allowed to do) -Disposition of the chair (who is the Table Monster) -Order of operations (what order things are done)
And of course miscellaneous things, like who is allowed to propose motions.

-Permissible motions (what you're allowed to do) * Nothing
-Disposition of the chair (who is the Table Monster) * Sir A.D.
-Order of operations (what order things are done) * Breakfast, Lunch, then Dinner.

I see that the ZRT convention is going to be in our province this term! What a surprise to see eight new threads flood the board all of a sudden! Very interesting.

It will bring some activity to our peaceful little port. Hopefully, more people will want to get involved in our province.

It would have been nice if anyone from the ZRT had done the Assembly the courtesy of letting us know this was going to happen here, but no harm done.

Didn't realize that organizations needed our (The Assembly) permission to put on an event in our province.

What? Of course they don't need our permission, lol! I meant only what I said: I wish the ZRT had done us the courtesy of letting us know[, not that they were required to do so. There's no legislation requiring politeness.

Hm, since S:reu Biondeu and S:reu da Lhiun have both vanished from Witt for the time being, it is clear that nothing can get done this term. I have a set of draft rules ready for next time, and hopefully I will have willing partners in the next term.
I won't end this session at the moment, in case they return to us. I wonder if there's any provision for letting the MRPT or ZRT appoint different people, instead?

I've been here. I don't see any requests for anything for action to be taken on.

Awesome! Glad to see you're in action. I thought that with the convention thing that you'd been busy elsewhere and wouldn't be available.
Any thoughts on permissible motions?

Not really - not too much happening.
