I am sorry to say, but I am officially renouncing my Talossan citizenship. I have gone on and have become a citizen of The Grand Duchy of Talossa. I am in fact, one of the leaders of the Grand Duchy, and I would like to contribute more to the new nation I have helped create. You can find our constitution here: docs.google.com/document/d/12CYcBK4wIY2bH72vVo7EIBa2Y2u_JoQZPEr0s-97dhg/pubI wish not to speak about The Grand Duchy of Talossa, but Regeu Ian should be able to provide information on this matter. Cresti da Ion Newton is the Grand Duke of The Grand Duchy of Talossa, but as I said before, King John should be able to provide more information on this matter. There will be an article on this matter in the next 'Talossan Journal' written by Cresti Newton explaining the Grand Duchy of Talossa, and why it was created. I hope that this nation will continue to grow with population, pride, and love. I am glad that I was apart of it (even though it was very brief). I would like to thank Dr. Txec Nordselva for granting me Talossan citizenship, and helping me with the process of my citizenship granting. Goodbye to all of you Talossans. -Kiara Chantale Belanger

I suppose we can't expect much from a 14 year old .

Its one thing to leave to create your own nation, but what possible reason could you two have to "secede" and basically plagiarise that which you were a part of. And what sense does it make for a nation founded by two people who have been around in Talossa for a very short period and have barely been involved in Talossa itself to claim to be in any way "Talossan"? Maybe I'm missing something important here, but to put it bluntly this seems a bit like a stab in the back. You are free to do whatever you want though (though I doubt it will be a success), but this "nation" will obviously not be recognised by anyone here.
Also, really?

WHEREAS Kiara Belanger has renounced her Talossan citizenship (the Best Thing Money Can’t Buy), a writ of termination of citizenship is hereby issued. Done by my hand in the name of King John and under his Royal Seal this 26th day of August in the year of the common era 2014, in the 7th year of the reign of our gracious sovereign King John, and of the independence of Talossa the 35th. "4. The phrase “Talossan Citizen” shall apply to ONLY citizens of the Grand Duchy. Members of the Kingdom of Talossa will NOT be considered Talossan citizens."
Funniest part of the entire "constitution."

They aren't even subtle about it:
4. Grants of nobility titles are only given once a month. These days are known as Talossan Honours days. Talossan Honours days only occur once a month (if the Grand Duke chooses to honour anyone).
Article 10: National Powers
1. Powers belonging to the Grand Duke of Talossa
Article 11: The Talossan Military
1. The Grand Duchy of Talossa promotes worldwide peace. The act of war or conflict with another nation is constitutional, but is not promoted or praised by the Talossan government.
2. The Grand Duchy of Talossa takes adequate measures to preserve its integrity even in the state of war or civil war.
3. The Grand Duchy of Talossa protects the people against terrorism, extremism, and catastrophes.
4. The Grand Duke of Talossa shall have the power to send troops to battle, and conduct military operations.
5. The Talossan military is mainly used for ceremonial purposes. The use of the Talossan military for war, or conflict is unlikely.
6. The universal Talossan military ranks are:
and it goes on and on.

What?!
It's funny though that they made their own conlang for their duchy, but still call it Talossan.
Legit, I say!
