As Acting Bogus Túischac'h, in accordance with section 7 of the brand spanking new Constitution of Fiôvâ, I call all citizens to the very first sitting of our General Assembly.
Two points of immediate housekeeping:
1) Please vote PËR, CONTRÂ or AUSTENÉU on the following:
In accordance with sections 3 and 4 of the Constitution, the General Assembly of Fiôvâ elects Miestrâ A. Schivâ as Acting Capitán, until a Capitán can be properly elected. In doing this, we formally declare to the Secretary of State of the Kingdom that Fiôvâ now contains "a working constitution with an elected government and a citizenry comprising at least ten persons", as required by OrgLaw XVII, 13, and requests recognition as a province.
2) Please put your nominations for Túischac'h and/or Provincial Secretary of State here. We don't have to have both, the same person can do both jobs, so if we only fill one then that person can do the other. We'll vote on that in a week's time. Jum Txec was supposed to be our interim SoS but I haven't see him around.
3) I will be proposing some Standing Orders and Electoral Law in other threads.
