Royal Talossan College of Arms
Abbavilla, Atatürk

We, Louis by the Grace of God King of Talossa and of all its Realms and Regions, King of Cézembre, Sovereign Lord and Protector of Pengöpäts and the New Falklands, Head of the Unorthodox Church, Defender of the Faith, Leader of the Armed Forces, Viceroy of Hoxha and Vicar of Atatürk, by and through our Regent Doctor Greg Rajala, greet the Kingdom and her citizens on this festival commemorating the noble and martial national pastime of the Kingdom of Talossa, and the fond, sweet memory of the game shop known to all as Napoleon's. On this special day, we are pleased and proud to act on the advice of our Squirrel Queen of Arms, her heralds and the Dean of the College of Arms to affirm and announce publicly the Royal honours granted to seven citizens of our Kingdom.
Whereas there have come before us seven honourable, dutiful and God-fearing citizens of Talossa requesting a favour of the King, which seven loyal subjects have humbly petitioned that we, by virtue of the Royal power conferred only unto us, might grant and confer unto them, and their lawful heirs, a coat of arms; and
Whereas we derive from our Royal grace and favour both the commission and the power to confer achievements of arms as a gift from us, and to issue in such matters a Royal proclamation with the great seal of the Kingdom; and
Whereas we, in our innate Royal power and grace, have always been inclined to provide for the subjects of the Kingdom of Talossa and to confer unto our loyal subjects Royal favours on the feast days of the Kingdom, and whereas we are particularly inclined toward these citizens, whom we have always found ready in the service of our Kingdom.
Therefore, with the Royal powers cited above, upon ample consideration, good council and proper knowledge, we have recognized the favours described herein and have conferred upon these seven citizens that they and their legitimate heirs should hereinafter be bearers of these coats of arms, and that they should therefore have these arms as right, as is our privilege and custom, without leave or hindrance by anyone.
George Paul Bailey, Citizen of Cézembre Province is granted arms Azure, six mullets in annulo surrounding a key Or, a chief argent honeycombed sable.
Oliver Brainerd, Citizen of Florenciâ Province is granted arms Per chevron inverted argent and sable, a raven migrant inverted and a fleur-de-lis in pale counterchanged.
Quedéir Castiglhâ, Citizen of Florenciâ Province is granted arms Per fess embattled gules and azure, four wheat stalks interlaced fretwise Or, in chief a drum major's mace Or point to sinister.
Eugene Oh, Citizen of Cézembre Province is granted arms Argent, a fess between an eagle's head couped and an annulet gules, a bordure sable goutty d'eau.
Nikos Spyropoulos, Citizen of Cézembre Province is granted arms Argent, a python contourny gules erect and ondoyant around a palm tree vert, on a chief azure an open book argent.
Joseph Walkland, Citizen of Cézembre Province is granted arms Quarterly sable and argent, between four crescents counterchanged in cross a sword argent and a walking staff proper in saltire.
Joel Wood, Citizen of Florenciâ Province is granted arms Sable, a lion rampant reguardant queue-forchy argent armed and langued gules, on a chief argent three mullets gules. Given at Abbavilla, on the Feast of Saint Verulus and Companions, Martyrs of North Africa, which is Napoleon's Memorial Wargaming Day, this being the twenty-first day of February of the year 2006 after the birth of Christ, in the twenty-seventh year of the Kingdom of Talossa, and in the first year of our reign.

I would like to humbly thank King Louis I and Regent Rajala for bestowing this most gracious favour upon me. I am truly honored and will strive to serve King and Kingdom faithfully for as long as I am alive and able.

Words are not enough to express my gratitude to His Majesty King Louis I and the Regent Dr. Rajala for their gift of arms.
It would also be negligent to not mention the help of Lord Hooligan (although 'help' is a bit of an understatement). He has proven that apart from being the great leader of a great party he is also a master craftsman and an inspiration to all RUMPers and Talossans.
