I am pleased to confer the Coats of Arms according to the following proclamation:

Royal Talossan College of Arms
Abbavilla, Atatürk

We, Louis by the Grace of God King of Talossa and of all its Realms and Regions, King of Cézembre, Sovereign Lord and Protector of Pengöpäts and the New Falklands, Head of the Unorthodox Church, Defender of the Faith, Leader of the Armed Forces, Viceroy of Hoxha and Vicar of Atatürk, by and through our Regent Doctor Greg Rajala, are pleased and proud on this twenty-sixth anniversary of the founding of the Kingdom of Talossa to act on the advice of the Squirrel Queen of Arms, her heralds and the Dean of the College of Arm to affirm and announce publicly the Royal honours granted to five citizens of our kingdom.
Whereas there have come before us five honorable, dutiful and God-fearing citizens of Talossa requesting a favour of the King. These five loyal subjects have humbly petitioned that we, by virtue of the Royal power conferred only unto us, might grant and confer unto them, and their lawful heirs, a coat of arms; and
Whereas we derive from the Royal grace and favor both the commission and the power to confer achievements of arms as a gift of the King, and to issue in such matters a Royal proclamation with the great seal of the Kingdom; and
Whereas we, in our innate Royal power and grace, have always been inclined to provide for the subjects of the Kingdom of Talossa and to confer unto our loyal subjects Royal favors on the feast days of the Kingdom, and whereas we are particularly inclined toward these citizens, whom we have always found ready in the service of our Kingdom.
Therefore, with the Royal powers cited above, upon ample consideration, good council and proper knowledge, we have recognized the favours described herein and have conferred upon these five citizens that they and their legitimate heirs should hereinafter be bearers of these coats of arms, and that they should therefore have these arms as right, as is our privilege and custom, without leave or hindrance by anyone.
Trotxâ Bettinger, Citizen of Vuode Province is granted arms Gules, a sabre bendwise sinister or, on a canton argent a cross fillet or within and conjoined to a cross voided sable.
Cresti Matáiwos Siervicül, Citizen of Maricopa Province is granted arms Or, a balance and a sword inverted in pale conjoined azure, on a chief azure three covered cups or.
Iác'hdon Ronált Siervicül, Citizen of Maricopa Province is granted arms Or, a balance and a sword inverted in pale conjoined azure, on a chief azure three covered cups or debruised by a label argent.
Samuhél Tecladéir, Citizen of Florenciâ Province is granted arms Per bend argent and gules, between an eagle displayed gules and an anchor argent a bend raguly sable.
Patrick Woolley, Citizen of Florenciâ Province is granted arms Per dance azure and vert, a wolf salient argent langued and armed gules, and in sinister chief a rose argent charged with a heart gules.
Given at Abbavilla, on Saint Stephen’s Day which is Independence Day, this being the twenty-sixth day of December of the year 2005 after the birth of Christ, in the twenty-seventh year of the Kingdom of Talossa, and in the first year of our reign.
